Hi, I'm Kristina

I’m a rare combination of academic nerd and athlete. With a Master’s in Exercise Science, a PhD in progress in Somatic Psychology, and enough certifications to wallpaper a room (kettlebells, floorwork, flexibility, animal flow, holistic health, nutrition, breathwork, meditation, and more), I bring both the knowledge and the practical experience to the table.
